Upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days to return it without giving a reason. Of course, we would appreciate feedback on our orders, so if you would like to share the reason for the return, we would love to hear it.

Please note that the product must be in complete new condition upon return, as well as the packaging in which the product arrived. Front more information on this, we refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Returns
Returns are free with us. You can register your order for this via the online return form. After registration, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return your order for free. If you are coming from the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg, drop off your package at a PostNL parcel point. If you are returning from Germany, France, Ireland, or another European country, drop off your package at a DPD pick-up point.

Note: always make sure to front a form/paper with your order number and name, so that we can get started as soon as we have received the return shipment.
