With this Hardwire Kit you can provide the dashcam with constant power. This means you can also leave the camera on overnight. This Kit is suitable for cars with a voltage level ranging from 12 to 24 volts. This kit can be used for regular cars, trucks and buses.
This Hardwire Kit measures directly whether the car is parked thanks to the ACC Detection. The dashcam will then automatically switch to parking mode, so the dashcam will remain on! As soon as the car is started again, the dashcam will switch to normal power. This function is only suitable for the VIOFO A129 Duo , the VIOFO A129 Duo Pro and VIOFO A119 V3 .
The Hardwire Kit supports three parking mode types as well as automatic event detection, time lapses and low bitrate recording. The Hardwire Kit continues to work until the car's battery percentage drops below a certain level (you can set it yourself), after which the dashcam will turn itself off. This way you will never end up with an empty battery!
